History
Drew Kaiser, DVM, leads the experienced team at Katherine Road Animal Hospital. Dr. Kaiser grew up on a farm outside Palmyra, Missouri. By junior high, he knew he wanted to be a veterinarian. He received a bachelor of science degree in agriculture from University of Missouri. In 1975, he graduated from University of Missouri with a doctorate of veterinary medicine. By 1984, Dr. Kaiser had opened his own animal hospital in Quincy, Illinois.
Dr. Kaiser is committed to community involvement. He belongs to the Kiwanis Club and supports various arts organizations including the Muddy River Opera Company and the Community Little Theater. He also serves on the board of Chaddock School and is a mentor at Irving School in Quincy. In addition, Dr. Kaiser provides services to the Quincy Humane Society, Paw Pals and the Hancock County Humane Society.
The team at Katherine Road Animal Hospital also includes another doctor and trained nurses who all have the goal of providing the best, personal care for pets and people.
